To keep it simple, we offer a no hassle 14 day returns policy on all of our items, excluding bespoke work and earrings (please contact us for further information on these items). So rest assured that if you place an order with us, and you aren't 100% happy you can return them for a full refund, as long as the items are unworn and in the same condition as when we sent them.
